1. Searching for idea

2. Defining problem
We investigate what is the crux of the problem. In this case, there are no training tools for laparoscopic surgery. Consequently, the medical student has a problem using both laparoscopic tools and watching theme at the monitor.

3. Research and analysing
We check technological and market opportunities as well as trends in creating similar projects. In cooperation with doctors, we check similar solutions and test competition simulators. We analyze the advantages and disadvantages of project management. We create market and user segments.
DESIGNING & DEVELOPING
4. Planning
We are looking for the most effective technology, in these case the outbreak of Vive controllers with the accuracy of moving 0.1mm available on both the European, Asian and American markets. We create a timeline with milestones and we complete a specialist team.
5. Development of functionality and the application prototype
We develop functional mock-ups, additional options for development and gamification. Together with the Warsaw Medical University and a delegated group of specialist doctors, we develop the core of the game/simulation.
6. Development and testing of the Alpha version
We are building a simulation environment. We develop graphics and physical models. We implement tools. Personalize training, patch glitches. We optimize the impression of immersion together with specialist doctors.
7. Development and testing of the Alpha version
We’re patching glitches. We test the application for better performance on different devices. We increase immersion, we implement real devices for tChe operating room, we develop force-feedback impressions. We will adapt the application to the final version.
